Sothis Press is the trading name of Sothis Press Ltd, a registered company in the United Kingdom, with the company number 14900389.
Sothis Press sells re-designed print editions of public domain books via third party retail channels. The books are not sold directly through the Sothis Press website. This website is designed to advertise Sothis Press books and to direct customers to third party retail channels that stock the books.
The Terms and Conditions of Use and the associated Privacy Policy may be changed at any point by Sothis Press without prior notice and any changed Terms & Conditions of Use will be posted to this page. It is the customer’s responsibility to check this page periodically for changes and continuing use of any of the services means the user agrees to the new terms.

3. Purchase of Sothis Press Books
a. All purchases of Sothis Press books are via third party retailers. Pricing is subject to change at any time, as dictated by Sothis Press or by the specific retailer. Refunds, delivery methods and payment mechanisms are all entirely the responsibility of the retailer, not Sothis Press.
b. Refunds are only given at the discretion of the third party retailer. The provision of a refund in one instance does not entitle you to, or obligate us to provide, the same in the future for similar instances or under any circumstance.
c. Sothis Press may change any aspect of our products at any time. We reserve the right to make changes from time to time and without notice in how we offer and operate our service.
d. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. b. If your jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages then some of the above limitations in this section may not apply to you.
c. These Terms & Conditions of Use shall not affect any non-waivable statutory rights applicable to you. if any provision or provisions of these terms & conditions of use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

All content in the Sothis Press service including but not limited to text, e-books, PDFs, images and descriptions are copyright of Sothis Press Ltd. While the original editions of many of these works may be in the public domain, our editions are copyright Sothis Press Ltd.
b. Claims of Copyright Infringement
Sothis Press will never knowingly include material copyrighted to others unless covered by fair use guidelines. If you believe your work has been reproduced or distributed in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or are aware of any infringing material available through the Sothis Press service please contact us by email (publisher@sothis.press). You will be asked to supply: details of the infringing material, specific locations of the material on our website, evidence of your ownership of the copyright or evidence from the owner of the copyright empowering you to act on their behalf, your address, telephone number and email, and a statement by you that, under penalty of perjury, the information you have given is correct.

Sothis Press may use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews, techniques or any other material included in any communication you send to us ("Feedback"), information given in questionnaires or through postings anywhere on the Sothis Press website or app, without compensation, acknowledgement or payment to you for any purpose including but not limited to the development, manufacture, marketing products and creation, modification or improvement of the service. You also agree that you will not enforce any "moral rights" in and to the Feedback, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Disputes
You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions of Use shall be exclusively governed by the jurisdiction and venue of England and Wales.
